Purchasing Equipment
1. I need to order computers/printers. How do I do that?
Please fill out a ticket requesting any computer/printer/server equipment that you may need. All equipment is purchased and inventoried by the IT Department.
2. What are the costs of a computer / laptop / printer?

3. I have an idea of what I need, but I need to discuss.
There are many different options/solutions we can provide. Desktops vs laptops, laptops vs tablets, leasing printer/copier vs buying, etc. Please do not hesitate to consult with us before deciding on a purchase. We want to provide the best solution for your needs.
4. Why do all computer purchases need to go through IT?
The CRF IT Department has a process of vetting equipment for compatibility and security. There may be some aspects of a computer or printer that you are not aware of that could cause an issue in your environment. For example, a printer must be certified to work with Anasazi... or a computer must have the built in technology to work with our hard drive encryption. We take the burden of figuring out these details for you.
All purchased equipment is also inventoried at the Central Office before being deployed to your facility.
