How do I contact IT?


There are multiple methods for contacting IT.


1.  The most effective method is using the CRF IT help Desk.  By filling out an online ticket, your issue will be automatically assigned to the next available support representative.   You will also be able to track your open tickets using the online Help Desk system.


The easiest way to access the online CRF Help Desk is to click on the "Information Technology" on the Intranet home page.









2.   You can email the CRF IT support group.  The best way to do this is to email the "CRF - Information Technology Department" email group in Outlook.   We will respond as soon as possible.


3.  You may call into the IT Support line at the Central Office.  Please call 619-275-0822 X410.  Below are the IT Staff members:
